JETS 2026 Trial Information 
Fuel to Go and Play Association Championship (FTGAP)
Registrations close Monday 9 February 2026 for ALL AGES

Competition Date - Saturday, 30 May, Sunday 31 May & 1 June (all weekend)
The JETS (Joondalup Extended Training Squad) forms part of our associations development pathway to assist with the progression of both players and coaches within the Netball WA pathway.
Ages eligible:
12/U Athletes born in 2014
13/U Athletes born in 2013
14/U Athletes born in 2012
16/U Athletes born from 2010 - 2011
20/U Athletes born from 2006 - 2009
OPENS Athletes born from 2005+
ALL athletes interested will need to attend trials.
Eligibility criteria:
All athletes wanting to trial for JETS and to be eligible for selection will need to be registered with a club affiliated with JNA BEFORE they attend trials.
Trial information:
All trials will take place at the JNA netball courts.
Phase 1 - 12/U & 14/U Wednesday 11 Feb. 6pm ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES*
Phase 1 - 13/U & 16/U Wednesday 18 Feb. 6pm ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES*
Phase 1 - 20/U & OPENS Wednesday 25 Feb. 6pm ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES*
*Athletes unable to attend their age groups trials, may be eligible to attend trials the week thereafter. Subject to approval.
Phase 2 - 12/U & 14/U Wednesday 4 Mar. 6pm SELECTED ATHLETES ONLY
Phase 2 - 13/U & 16/U Wednesday 11 Mar. 6pm SELECTED ATHLETES ONLY
Phase 2 - 20/U & OPENS Wednesday 18 Mar. 6pm SELECTED ATHLETES ONLY
Squad announcements: Wednesday, 25 March 2026
Squad training dates:
All trainings will take place at the JNA netball courts on a Wednesday from 6pm – 7:30pm
1 April, 29 April – 27 May (6 training sessions)
Costs:
Trial registration fee $20 (non-refundable)
FTGAP 12/U – 20/U Squad Registration fee (if selected) $225
Opens Squad Registration fee (if selected) $180
Socks $15
All fees for successfully selected athletes will be due by 1 April 2026*
*non-refundable unless eligible criteria is met
Uniforms
All JETS uniforms will be provided to successful athletes on a loan basis for competitions representing our association.
Only socks will need to be purchased to wear alongside the uniform.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please take note that this program is a development pathway into further Netball WA programs such Fever In Time (FIT), 17/U West Coast Future Fevers (17/U WA State Team) and other state teams within NWA.
The Fuel To Go and Play Association Championships is a competition for all associations across WA to enter in their top selected athletes and teams.
JETS 2026 trials will see some age groups form one squad instead of two teams for that age group. Athletes will need to keep this in mind when trialing for JETS.
All decisions are made by the JETS Development team and are final.
